The Marvely Apartments

Mechanical and electrical design of a new 112,300 SF 4-story, 80-unit Senior Apartment building in Omaha, NE. Each apartment includes a high efficiency heat pump water heater and air source heat pump HVAC system. LED lighting is installed throughout with lighting controls in all amenity areas. The amenity areas of the facility include community rooms, community serving kitchen, and other gathering spaces.
