Southwestern College Dormitory

A new three-story dormitory located in Winfield, Kansas on the campus of Southwestern College. The main level for the dormitory includes a workout facility, kitchenette, and breakout study spaces. Each floor also includes amenity spaces with premier corner views to campus. The main mechanical system is a Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) heat recovery system with dedicated outdoor air systems (DOAS) for code required ventilation. Each room has dedicated temperature control for optimum thermal comfort. Domestic hot water is generated by high efficiency instantaneous water heaters. Lighting throughout the building is LED with lighting controls.
