Iowa West Sports Plex

The Iowa West Foundation Sports Plex, located in Council Bluffs, IA, is a $6,000,000, 68,000 SF building containing indoor turf for soccer, baseball, football, and other indoor recreational sports. Physical training, concessions, seating areas, offices, and common lobby areas were provided with HVAC, plumbing, lighting, power, and special systems for optimum building operation.
