Multi-use development in Omaha’s Millwork District with a number of multi-family units above a podium with tenant parking and commercial tenants on ground level. The commercial core and shell spaces were designed to accommodate future restaurants tenants as well as office and retail. The residential floors are connected to amenity spaces, such as a south facing rooftop on the 2nd level and a center courtyard amenity on the upper floors.
