Blackstone Station, located in the heart of the Blackstone District in Omaha, NE, is a mixed-use development made up of two buildings with an amenity courtyard separating the two. Building #1 was designed to accommodate food and beverage tenants, as well as office and retail at the street level with market rate apartments directly above. Building #2 is residential with amenity spaces tenant storage.
