Atmosphere Lincoln

The construction of Atmosphere Lincoln was completed in September of 2023 with a good portion of the living units finished and ready to go. Our mechanical team designed the HVAC, plumbing and fire sprinkler systems for the new student housing building, and we could not be more proud of how it turned out!

Atmosphere Lincoln consists of 12 floors of student housing units on the south side with a beautiful first floor lobby space and underground parking beneath. The north side occupies five more stories of living units and additional lobby/recreational spaces on the first level. Additionally, a large courtyard resides in the center of the building footprint, allowing for an outdoor recreational space that is separated from the busy traffic on 9th Street.
