Ashton Building

Historic renovation of a 3-story building. The former furniture factory and distribution warehouse was converted to class A office space, and the current home of the ETI Omaha office. The building is equipped with an energy efficient water source heat pump system. The lighting throughout is high efficient LED lighting. The building is home to several businesses and community spaces, and it is a catalyst space for the Millwork Commons Development.
