8N Lofts

The mechanical system used on the 8N Lofts was a combination of systems. There is a natural gas furnace and a condensing unit for each loft space to provide independent space control for each space. Rooftop units are being used to condition the corridors and first floor commons. A domestic water booster pump was utilized to provide the correct amount of water pressure to the upper floor units. There is a water heater for each loft unit and apex manifold supplying water to plumbing fixtures in each unit.
